- Non-slip elastics to the skin on the top and bottom to keep the protectors in place.

Generic sizes: how to determine my elbow pad size?

- Using a measuring tape, measure your arm fully extended at elbow level.

- You can also use a piece of string or cable and then measure it.

- Use this size to check the following chart and find your elbow pad size:

XS	S	M	L	XL
< 17.5	17.5 - 20.5	21 - 25.5	28 - 30.5	33 - 33.5
