Shipping and Delivery

Notwithstanding the information on these pages and as long as it has no detriment for the customer, INERCIA.COM reserves the right to change the type of shipment and the shipping company.

a) Shipments to countries of the European Union except Portugal (Mainland):

 - Payment by bank transfer, Paypal or credit/debit card. See payment options.

 - Shipping costs are listed here:

- Once the payment has been confirmed, the goods shall be sent via UPS or Zeleris. The delivery time will depend on the country and the service hired, but it usually takes 3-4 days with the Standart International Delivery or Zeleris service (always considering working days from Monday to Friday not holidays). The customer shall receive via email the necessary information to access each company’s tracking service.

- The prices of the goods found on our website include VAT. Taxes will be invoiced depending on the country of destination.

b) Shipping to Spain (Mainland) and Portugal (Mainland)

The client can choose between these two shipment methods:

- 24 workday hours shipment - GLS

The following conditions are applicable:

Shipping rates:

For 24 workday hours shipment by GLS:

- In orders which amount 50 € (Tax Incl.) or less, the delivery costs come to 10 € (Tax Incl.).
- In orders which amount 50,01 € (Tax Incl.) or more, there shipping costs are free.

Note: In Portugal mainland the delivers will be on GLS

c) Balearic Islands:

- In orders which amount 100 € (Tax Incl.) or less, the delivery costs come to 15 € (Tax Incl.).
- In orders which amount 100,01 € (Tax Incl.) or more, there shipping costs are free.

Delivers will be on GLS.

Carrier and delivery times for a) and b):

Once the availability of material is confirmed, your order will be sent by GLS economy. Your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday) from shipment. After shipping, a tracking number will be sent to you by email, with which you can check the status of your order directly on the carrier's website (https://www.gls-spain.es/es/).

- We can not guarantee orders placed after 12 P.M. to be shipped on the same day.

- On saturdays, sundays and holidays, there won't be delivers.

- Confirmation in writing of the purchase and its conditions of our online shop, via email shall be required for orders placed via email or telephone.

d) Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

 - Payment by bank transfer, Paypal or credit/debit card. See payment options.
 - Shipping costs for the Canary Islands will cost € 45 for orders under € 150 and € 35 for orders over € 150. For Ceuta and Melilla a fixed cost of € 35, however, for high volume orders, inercia.com reserves the right to modify this amount.
- Normally it will be shipped by UPS or Zeleris within 3-4 days. The package tracking number will be provided to the customer via email at the time of shipment.
- For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla VAT (21%) will not be applied. Nevertheless, the customer shall be charged with additional costs for customs clearance. These additional costs can not be determined since they depend on the “I.G.C” and the “Aduanas de Canarias” (Canary Islands Customs). Please note that shipping may result in customs management fees that are not within our competence, so we cannot offer more information about these expenses.

 IMPORTANT: If the client refuses the payment of said taxes, the package will be returned by the transport agency generating costs to be paid by the client.

e) Other countries:

- Payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card and Paypal in Euros. See payment options.
- Charges for currency exchange or bank transfer are the customer’s responsibility.

- Shipping costs for countries outside the European Community have a variable price depending on the volume and weight of the order and the country of destination. To calculate the approximate rate, add the products you want to the basket, and in the shopping cart, click on "Estimate shipping and tax".

- Transportation costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Once the bank transfer or Paypal payment has been confirmed, the items shall be shipped via mail within 48-72 hours. The delivery times depend on the country, but they are usually between 3 and 7 days. There is a tracking service available using the number provided with every shipment  ( www.ups.com / www.zeleris.com ).

- For international purchases, VAT (21%) will not be applicable. Nevertheless, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. These additional costs can not be determined since they depend on each country. IMPORTANT: If the client refuses the payment of said taxes, the package will be returned by the transport agency generating costs to be paid by the client.

g) Picked up at our Warehouse:

Customers who wish to do so can pick up their orders at our warehouse in Barcelona, located at Buenaventura Muñoz, 7 Street, from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 3pm and on Friday from 9am to 2pm.

Shipping costs are always free and the delivery time will depend on the type of product and stock.

We will contact you when the order is available to collect it.

h) Collection at GLS collection point (Only mainland Spain):

Customers who wish can conveniently collect their orders at a GLS collection point. Once the order has been placed and having chosen this shipping option, the GLS delivery company will contact the customers so that they can choose the GLS collection point they prefer. These collection points are all kinds of establishments attached to this service.

This shipping system is governed by the same conditions as a shipment within mainland Spain, all of which may have limitations in the case of very bulky and/or heavy orders. (Cash on delivery payment is not accepted)

i) Extra charges for electric mobility products:

Due to the large dimensions and weights of the electric mobility products, extra charges must be applied to the shipment depending on their weight as indicated below:
