For only 3€ you can hire the Inercia return insurance when placing your order that will allow you to return or change the products without any extra costs.

¿How can I hire the return insurance?

Very easy! When you place your order, you'll find this box:

Select the HIRE INSURANCE option, finish the order and done!

¿Who can use this return insurance?

All our clients can use this insurance, for the moment, though, it is only available for orders inside the peninsular Spain.

¿How can I return or change a product and how can I show that I’ve hired the return insurance?

To change a product, you have to follow the instructions to return a product.
In the same process, tell us that you have hired the return insurance, and the return and the deliver won’t have any extra costs for you.

¿How many times can I use the return insurance?

The return insurance will be used only for one change inside your order. In other words, you can change or return different things at the same time, but only one time per order. In case of wanting to change a product more than once for the same order, we will apply reduced fees (consult us).

¿Can I hire the return insurance once i’ve placed my order?

If the order has already left our warehouse, it won’t be possible to hire the return insurance for that order.
