Pick up your order from our warehouse in Barcelona located at Buenaventura street nº 7.

Receive quickly your order and wihtout paying any shippment charges!
We will get in touch with you once the order is available on the warehouse so you can pick it up.

 Your order will be available for 15 work days. Once the term is over, we will save again the products on our warehouse until we are able to reach you.

When will my order be available?

Once you place the order we will start preparing it so you can receive it as soon as posible. Depending on the product type and its availability, the delivery term may be different. In any case, we will get in touch with you once the order is ready so you can come to pick it up.

When can I pick up my order?

Once we warn you about the order availability at the warehouse, you will be able to pick it up as shown in the email that we will send you.

Which documents do I need to pick up the order?

You'll only need the order invoice that we sent you you via e-mail, either on paper or showing it with a mobile phone.

Do I need to pay shippment costs for the click and collect service?

No. You can only collect your order.

Once I receive the order on the warehouse, if It doesn't convince me, can I return it or change it there?

No, you have to follow the instructions for online returns shown in the next section.

If I take the order home and then I want to change or return it, do I need to come back to the store or I can I do it remotely?

If you place an online order and you request the pick up at the warehouse, it will be considered an online order, and therefore, the conditions of an online order will be applied. You'll be able to return or change it as it is explained here: /en/return-and-replacement

However, in case of returning an order for a warranty, for example, Inercia will pay the shippment costs as along as they are from Peninsular Spain. For any other doubt, consult us.

Why would I hire de return assurance if I pick up the order at the warehouse?

Some of our clients pick up the order to, for example, give it as a gift. If once the order is at home and you want to return the product, hiring the return assurance you won't have to pay anything to return or change the product.
