What are Inercia Gift Cards?

Inercia Gift Cards are cards with a value in euros of € 25, € 50, € 100, € 150 or € 200 that can be used to buy both in our physical store and online.
These cards can be purchased in our online store and get them virtual or physical.

What is the difference between the virtual or physical card?

Virtual cards are received exclusively by email and to buy with them, you must use the promotional code printed on them.
Physical cards are delivered in a format similar to a plastic credit card and have an extra purchase cost of € 5 because they must be printed and sent by courier.

Likewise, by purchasing a physical card, a fully functional copy is also sent by email.

Can I use the card several times until my balance is used up?

Unfortunately, they are single-use cards. That means they must be spent entirely on a single purchase since they do not return exchange.

Do they have an expiration date?

In principle there is no expiration date to use the Inercia gift cards.

Once purchased, can the card be returned? Do you return the money?

If the card has not been used in any purchase, you can request the return or exchange of it. In the case of cards sent exclusively by email, 100% of the card amount will be paid. In the case of physical cards, having generated creation and shipping costs, these expenses will be deducted from the money returned (approximately € 10).

Can I buy your gift card in your physical store?

Yes, sure! You just have to decide the amount and it will be delivered to you in an envelope along with an explanatory letter.

How to use your Inercia gift card in our online store?

Very easy! You just have to go to our online store www.inercia.com and add products to the basket.
Once the purchase is decided, you must go to the basket and use the code printed on the card in the discount codes box:

You just have to click on apply and you will see the amount of the card deducted from the purchase.

IMPORTANT: The card does not return change, so you will have to use its value entirety in a single purchase or the remaining amount will be lost.

How to use your Inercia gift card in our physical store?

The process is even simpler. Just visit us at our store on Roger de Flor Street, 10 in Barcelona, decide your purchase, and show your card at the time of payment.

You can show the physical card or the email in which we sent you the card. The important thing is to have your discount code.
