Comes fully assembled. Includes a soft bag for safe storage and microfiber cleaning cloth.

- Using a measuring tape, measure round your head at forehead level.

- You can also use a piece of string or cable and then measure it.

- Find the helmet you like in our website and use this measure to choose your right size (sizes are shown in cm).
